Billing Information

• Upon placing your order with Gear Up For Outdoors Ltd. you will be e-mailed a confirmation receipt (Canadian funds).
• Gear Up For Outdoors Ltd. does not charge instantly.
• Your order is verified, inventory is checked and picked for processing. Only then is your credit card charged and your product is shipped.
• Approximately 12 hours after your shipment has left Gear Up For Outdoors Ltd, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.
  

Currency

• We are a Canadian Company.
• All orders and web receipts are processed in Canadian funds. 
• We provide a currency conversion guide to help reflect the prices of our products in your local market [ US dollars, Euros ].
• This guide is located in the top left of every page.
• The rates are updated regularly but will not reflect the daily conversion rates used by your banking institution.

Please note that although prices are shown in the currency you have selected, all transactions will continue to be processed in Canadian funds. This means that when you receive your credit card statement it may show a slightly different value than calculated on our website. This dollar difference is the result of fluctuations in global currency markets and the rates charged by your bank at the time of processing this transaction. As a result we are not responsible for these differences and you must assume that all prices listed are an estimate.
